Join Our Team as an In-Home Caregiver in Wichita and Surrounding Areas

At Touching Hearts, we believe in making a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities in Wichita, Andover, Haysville, Park City, Valley Center, Derby, and nearby towns. We're hiring caregivers to provide non-medical care that helps clients stay independent at home. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right individuals.

What You Will Do

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Run errands and provide transportation when needed
• Follow each client's care plan and report changes in condition to the office

Schedule

We offer flexible hours built around your availability, with daytime, afternoon, and overnight shifts available. Full-time and part-time openings are available, and one weekend a month is required.

What You Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassion, patience, and dependability
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Recent TB test and wellness exam (we provide these if needed)

Pay and Benefits

• $12.50 to $16.00 per hour based on experience
